Acceptance of terms
By creating an account and using Zcoper, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans (Basic, Pro, and Business) are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Fees are billed out-of-band of the in-app plan toggle. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the service, exceed your tier’s quotas, scrape or redistribute raw data, or use Zcoper for any unlawful purpose.
Data & integrations
Product data is sourced from third-party product data providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your data and cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page.
Liability
Zcoper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active users.
